Why is it that someone who NEVER experienced RAPE always has something to say???!
It’s one thing to be empathetic, definitely sympathetic!

I miss my Barbies. I used to play with her all the time. Every weekend before I had any real friends, you could find me home creating stories for Barbies.
Maybe that is where my niche for writing came from. Hmmm….
My older brother even played with me.
It was fun.
I would make them go to college, high school, junior high…it varied upon age. I had a Volkswagen too…I really wanted that! Nothing else mattered for Christmas that day but that car for my dolls. Ahh, I miss it.
Don’t you remember when they only cost $15 to $20?! Not $50 to $60!! That’s why I had sooo many! She was affordable. In 1960 she was only about $5. The jealousy! Lol
By 2000, she dumped Ken. Did the dolls teach girls to rely on a man? Perhaps it did if Barbie wasn’t single for a long time.

It is hard growing up in a fast advancing generation when you grew up in a world that was slow. I’m talking about the childhood where you went outside and socialized with your so called friends.
I remember when I was in my early years, I was always outside. I learned how to ride a bike, how to roller skate, how to play tag, Red light-green light-one two three, Red Rover, and many more fun games.
As I moved to a new neighborhood by the age of 13, I met new friends. I played the same games but I also learned to just sit on the stoop and get to know these “friends” a little better.
As girls, we would play double dutch.
As one of the boys, we sit and chill on the stoop and talk about nothing.
I was a tomboy. I never really hung out with girls.
I dressed like one of course (a girl that is), but just didn’t really like hanging with girls.
Girls are the shadiest of all.
But anywho….
Yeah I had a cellphone at the age of 13. But I only texted one friend.
When I started High School, I became more in tune with myself. I learned a few things about myself along the way. I learned how to make more friends.
I learned how to separate my school friends from my around my hood friends.
They never clashed.
I had an AOL account. I used AIM, Myspace, and Sconex.
AIM was cool because I got to talk to friends instantly….helloooo instant message! Continue reading

It is kind of in music, whether you listen to it backwards, forward, it still has a hidden message.
Evil is in family. They smile in your face, love you and adore you until they can release you and betray you.
If your family is dysfunctional like mine, that definitely happens.
Family leaves you in the dark, giving you false hope of what family really means.
When you are down, they won’t pick you up.

Okay so you know most of what I write is based on my life but that’s okay because what else would I talk about? 😀
So today’s topic is about: Flirting, Compliments, Workplace and more
I will start with compliments. When a girl compliments a guy, in some cases that’s okay but if she is in a relationship it can cause problems!
When a guy compliments a girl, it is supposed to be totally okay….relationship or not right? Cause that is how I see it.
When a girl receives a compliment, she feels either 2 ways; One… happy but not enough to be like babe it’s over and Two she may not take the compliment! It might disgust her. If she tells her bf if she has one, he blows it out of proportion…
When a guy receives a compliment, his ego is through the roof. He even wants to share the news with his gf sometimes and what?? Expects her not to be jealous?
